We thank you for reposing your faith in us and for your continued patience. We are pleased to provide you with an update on Value Homes.
NORTH – DEVANAHALLI – BRIGADE ORCHARDS:
Value homes at Brigade Orchards in Devanahalli is expected to commence by August/Sept 2011.
We are attaching a location map of the property for your reference.
SOUTH – KANAKAPURA ROAD – BRIGADE MEADOWS:
Brigade MEADOWS at Kanakapura Road, is expected to commence by May/June2011.
Presently, the model apartment is under construction. We are attaching a location map of the property for your reference.
EAST – WHITEFIELD / K.R.PURAM:
We have signed up for a property in the East, located on National Highway 4, equidistant from Whitefield and Krishnarajapuram.
The launch of the project is expected to take a minimum of 12 months from now. The location map is attached for your reference.
We would encourage you to retain your registration with us to avail of our offer. Pricing is being worked out duly taking into consideration the time lapse.
WEST – MYSORE ROAD:
While the land is procured, we are unable to proceed due to some unforeseen issues with regard to legal clearances.
Hence, we wish to inform you, regrettably, that, we are unable to take this project forward.
In the event you wish to take a refund or a transfer to another location, please do send your response to valuehomes@brigadegroup.com.
Site visit to the locations can be made only after we launch the projects, when site offices are ready and prior to allotment.
Our next communication to you will be before the end of April 2011.

I visited Brigade's website today. The are launching the Meadows project at Dubai and AbuDhabi in the following weeks. Can you please share with me the location map mentioned in the mail sent by Brigade. Thanks.

ReplyDeleteToday received a mail from them that they are totally dropping the plan to develop there properties in West and East .They are going ahead with only the 2 properties at Devanhalli and Kanakpura Road.They have also revised the pricing now to Rs.2900 where at the initial stage they had booked at Rs.2000 per square feet.
Don't you think it is rather strange that they didn not get permission to build in the more lucrative areas of the town.
Don't you think that they are taking the customers for a ride.

We cant take any legal action against them, the application form mentioned that it was just an expression of interest and not a legally binding contract.

Also regarding the East project, they are probably using the land bank for the Brigade Exotica project which is priced from 1.1 crores
