Brigade Orchards - Value Homes Aspen Launched

The Brigade Orchards value homes project in Devanahalli has been launched on the 22nd. Brigade has asked the registered members to send over three choices and then await an allotment letter to see if they got those choices.

On the pricing front the base base rate is 2690 Rs per sqft and a floor rise of Rs 10/floor from 1st floor and a preferential allotment charge of 50/100 Rs based on the facing.In all a 1200 Sq Ft apartment would end up costing around 41 lacs.

Brigade Orchards – An Overview

Current Status of Development

Site development works are underway since January 2011. The fencing of the entire property with a perimeter of nearly 8.5 kms is well underway, and internal road and infrastructure development works are in progress. Specifically for the Value Homes @ Brigade Orchards, we have planned a dedicated pre-cast yard / plant with state-of-the-art technology from Surbana of Singapore, who are also the architects. The use of the internationally proven pre-cast technology will ensure faster execution, immaculate quality and expeditious implementation of the project.

Approvals Update

We have received the sanction for the Development Plan for the overall development from Bangalore International Airport Area Planning Authority (BIAAPA), and have nearly finalized the unit plans with M/s. Surbana. Based on this, we are gearing up to process the Building Plan shortly, and expect to obtain all pertinent approvals by October 2011.

Kanakpura launched - Brigade Meadows



Brigade has launched their the Brigade value homes project in Kanakpura.It is priced at 17 lacs onwards. Would really appreciate if someone can comment on their rate and extra charges and payment schedule for the kanakpura property.

Roughly : 17 lacs/700 feet = a base rate of 2428 Rs.




The flats are offering vitrified tiles in living are and ceramics in bedrooms. There is no power backup for the apartment and minimal power backup

NORTH – DEVANAHALLI – BRIGADE ORCHARDS:
Value homes at Brigade Orchards in Devanahalli is expected to commence by August/Sept 2011.

SOUTH – KANAKAPURA ROAD – BRIGADE MEADOWS:
Brigade MEADOWS at Kanakapura Road, is expected to commence by May/June2011.
Presently, the model apartment is under construction. We are attaching a location map of the property for your reference.

EAST – WHITEFIELD / K.R.PURAM:
We have signed up for a property in the East, located on National Highway 4, equidistant from Whitefield and Krishnarajapuram.
The launch of the project is expected to take a minimum of 12 months from now. The location map is attached for your reference.

WEST – MYSORE ROAD:
While the land is procured, we are unable to proceed due to some unforeseen issues with regard to legal clearances.
